Return Policy
At Created Flow I want you to be happy with goods. Return your purchase within 14 days of delivery by filling out the online contact form. If approved, you will then receive a return label via your email. After, receiving the product Creative Flow will refund you for your purchase.
Items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear can not be returned.
Shipping
Shipping is through USPS First Class Mail, and is calculated at checkout. Creative Flow ships to all 50 US States. It takes approximately 3-7 days for you to receive your items with the mainland 48 states. Longer shipping times for Hawaii and Alaska.
Currently, shipping is a flat rate of $4 an order.
